Dr. Kerfoot is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School and is the inventor of the spaced education methodology on which Qstream is based. He holds degrees from Harvard (M.D. & Ed.M.), Oxford (M.A.) and Princeton (A.B.). Dr. Kerfoot is currently the recipient of the “Rising Star” Award from the American Urological Assoc. Foundation.

President & CEO, HDC Ventures
From 1993 through 1999 Mr. Copperman served as Senior Vice President and Group Executive of the Products Division at Digital Equipment Corporation where he was responsible for the companies six computer systems business units and worldwide manufacturing and distribution. He managed 22,000 employees generating $7 Billion in annual revenues.
Prior to joining Digital, Mr. Copperman served in senior executive roles at JWP, Commodore, Apple and IBM. He has served on a number of public company boards including America Online, Inc., 800 Software, Epicor Software and AXS-One. He currently sits on the boards of Avocent Computers (NASDAQ: AVCT) and ID Systems (NASDAQ: IDSY) as well as a number of private companies.

Founder, 4th Level Ventures
Dr. Jennings is currently Vice-Chair of ICANN, a not-for-profit public-benefit corporation dedicated to keeping the Internet secure, stable and interoperable. He has been instrumental in the commercialization of IP in a number of university-based companies.
He was the founding Chairman of both WBT Systems Ltd. and NTera Ltd. He is currently a member of the board of a number of early stage technology companies. As Director of Computing Services in University College Dublin (1977 – 1999) he was responsible for the university IT infrastructure. He is an Internet pioneer, having been actively involved in the start-up of research networks in the US (NSFNET), Europe (EARN, Ebone) and Ireland (HEANET).
