Duncan Lennox

Co-founder & CEO

Duncan has been building learning technology solutions for 18 years. He was co-founder and CTO at eLearning software vendor WBT Systems where he created the original version of TopClass, a Learning Management System used by over 3 million learners in higher education and corporate learning.

He is an information junkie, an unabashed Apple bigot, an on-and-off again practitioner of Aikido (“origami with people instead of paper”), and a private pilot. He somehow managed to obtain a B.Sc. (Honors) in Computer Science from University College Dublin, Ireland.

Barry Paul

Co-founder & CTO

Barry has 20 years experience building enterprise and consumer applications including eLearning systems. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Trinity College, Dublin and is a Ruby on Rails expert. He can often be found kitesurfing in the Columbia River Gorge or snowboarding down Mt. Hood.

Jeff Borkowski

Vice President, Business Development

Jeff is a 30 year veteran of sales in the technology industry. He spent a decade at both IBM and Digital before becoming VP, Sales for Alpha Processor. For the past 10 years he was held senior sales positions in the eLearnig industry including RWD Technologies and WBT Systems. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School at Northwestern.

Paulette Greene

Vice President, Client Services

Paulette’s focus is on ensuring that Qstream provides a world-class experience with our products and services to clients and their learners.  With over 25 years of experience in corporate education and learning technology, she brings a wealth of experience across industries, technologies, and projects.  She draws on her background as Director of Training for a $4.5B global corporation, and as Vice President of Client Services at several eLearning companies including Englishtown and WBT Systems.
