Leveraging Microlearning to Solve the Number 1 Problem in L&D: Engagement

Providence St. Joseph Health (PSJH), one of the largest employers in the U.S., confronted a challenge that confronts most organizations: the great learning experiences they offered didn’t always result in great learning outcomes. PSJH’s learning leaders asked, “what’s the real problem?” and came to an important conclusion that transformed the learning function: “we thought that content was the problem, but it’s not. Engagement is the problem.”
