With over $200 billion being spent on global corporate training annually, it is still a conundrum that some research shows that only 10% of corporate training is effective. Harvard Business School Professor Michael Beer calls it “the great training robbery”. We call it human. It is not that training content is flawed, or learning and business leaders aren’t committed to building a culture of learning, it is quite simply a human phenomenon: the brain is wired to forget if new knowledge is not reinforced or put into practice.
In this webcast, learning technology product expert Bryony McIndoe from Qstream will discuss how technology is transforming the way corporate learning programs are designed, executed and iterated for lasting impact on business. You will take away some practical actions that will set you up to maximize every dollar invested into corporate learning.
