Bridget Jay has been promoted to Vice President of Client Services to develop new customer services, success processes and programs.
BURLINGTON, MA (April 2, 2018) – Qstream, makers of software that uses science, data and mobile technology to improve employee proficiency, today announced Bridget Jay has been promoted to Vice President of Client Services. Ms. Jay previously served as Director of Client Services for Qstream and has been integral to developing new customer success processes and programs for the company during her 5+ year tenure.
As Vice President of Client Services, Ms. Jay manages a global team of consultants responsible for the successful onboarding, implementation, reporting and ongoing project management of Qstream customers and partners worldwide.
