Rich Lanchantin, Chief Executive Officer

As CEO of Qstream, Rich is responsible for running all facets of the business. He brings a proven management track record and more than 30 years’ experience driving customer success and sales growth in the life sciences and software industries.

Prior to joining Qstream, Rich was Senior Director of Global Sales, Consulting and Customer Success for Abbott Diagnostics’ Informatics division, with responsibility for all commercial sales and services worldwide. Prior to that he served as Global Director of Consulting and Customer Success with Thermo Fisher Scientific. Earlier career tenure includes sales leadership positions at Rational Software and Lotus Development, now part of IBM.

Rich holds a B.A. in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University and an M.S. Degree in Education from the University at Albany, SUNY.

 

 

Dr B. Price Kerfoot, Co-Founder and Spaced Education Pioneer

Dr. B. Price Kerfoot is an Associate Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School and a staff urologist at the VA Boston Healthcare System. His research over the last decade has focused on utilizing rigorous clinical trial methodologies to assess the efficacy of online educational methods. In addition, he has worked to incorporate cognitive psychology research findings into online education to increase long-term retention of learning.

Through this educational research, Dr. Kerfoot developed a new form of online learning termed “Spaced Education”. In over 20 large randomized trials, spaced education has been shown to improve knowledge acquisition, boost knowledge retention, durably change clinician behavior, and improve patients’ health measures. Harvard University submitted a patent on the spaced education methodology and launched Qstream to host this methodology outside of its firewalls.

Dr. Kerfoot has degrees from Harvard (MD & EdM), Oxford (MA) and Princeton (AB). He received a Rising Star Award from the American Urological Association and was honored at the White House with the Presidential Early Career Award for Scientists and Engineers (PECASE) for his education technology research, the highest honor bestowed by the US government on science and engineering professionals in the early stages of their independent research careers.

Tom Huntington, Chief Financial Officer

Tom Huntington
Tom’s passion for well-measured, aligned business operations plays an instrumental role in guiding Qstream’s continued global growth. He has a broad mix of executive leadership and has scaled and restructured businesses ranging from $10 million to $1 billion. Tom previously served as CFO of Vela Systems (acquired by Autodesk), Director of Strategy and Market Development at Motorola, and co-founder and CEO of Windshield, Inc. a web-based collaboration platform for strategic alignment in fast growing companies.

Tom holds an MBA in Finance and Economics from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Political Science from Brown University.

 

John Calcio, Vice President Sales

John Calcio currently serves as Qstream’s global VP of Sales, working with industry leaders – both corporate practitioners and consultants — to evaluate and select core technology products and services that support sales development. Calcio brings to Qstream more than 20 years’ experience growing sales and business development pipelines for start-ups and global tech brands.

Prior to Qstream John served as VP Sales and Business Development for LogMatrix where he established strategic partnerships and channel relationships for new market segments. Prior to LogMatrix, Calcio co-founded Movik Networks, a mobile data infrastructure company where he also served as Vice President of Business Development. Earlier career experience includes roles at Ellacoya Networks, Unisphere Networks, Juniper Networks and Siemens Communications Networks. John holds an MBA from Dartmouth College and a MSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.

 

Bridget Jay, Vice President of Client Services

As Qstream’s Vice President of Client Services, Bridget Jay manages a global team of consultants responsible for the successful onboarding, implementation, reporting and ongoing project management of Qstream customers and partners worldwide. During her tenure with the company, she has been the architect and an integral contributor to the customer success processes now deployed for more than 300+ organizations,  and continues to innovate new programs and services to meet customer demand. Prior to Qstream, Bridget was an operational account manager & business analyst with Monitor Deloitte (formerly The Monitor Group) as well as financial analyst with Bain & Company

 

 

Liza Solley, Director of Customer Success

As the Director of Customer Success, Liza’s primary focus is ensuring that existing customers receive the best level of support from their functional Qstream team.  The Customer Success focus is on forging on-going strategic partnerships that maximize the value our clients get out of Qstream. Liza has spent the majority of her career in customer-centric positions, most recently at Verndale, a digital agency in Boston focused on enterprise website development, and at EnerNOC, a leading, global energy management company.  Liza holds a B.A. from Harvard University.

 

Meredith Odgers, Director of Marketing

Meredith heads up Qstream’s marketing strategy and operations, aligning Qstream to customer and market needs to bring the brand to life.  Meredith brings a wealth of international marketing experience for category leaders in technology, data and financial services, including Citibank, FTSE Group and SS&C Technologies. Having held global and regional roles based out of Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong, Meredith now lives in the UK and works in close collaboration with the Sales, Services, and Product teams to deliver customer-focused marketing programs that support the adoption and usage of Qstream. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with majors in Marketing and Hospitality Management from UNSW, Australia.
