Chris Casement is a learning innovation strategist and technology innovator focused on building organization capability, developing leaders and improving the well-being and safety of people in healthcare and other high-risk industries. For the past 15 years, Chris has led hundreds of projects in complex high-tech, healthcare and government organizations; advised senior leadership teams on enterprise projects related to information, data and analytics; and created centers of excellence in learning and technology. He’s the co-founder of My Baseline Builder, Managing Consultant, Learning and Innovation at Sutter Health, and an advisor on Josh Bersin Big Reset Project as well as Redhat Research Roundtables.
