Qstream Named to Entrepreneur’s 2017 Top Company Cultures List

Entrepreneur’s 2017 Top Company Cultures

BURLINGTON, MA (February 21, 2017) – Qstream, makers of sales acceleration software that uses science, data, and mobile technology to ignite high-performing teams, today announced it has been ranked 15 out of 50 mid-sized companies on Entrepreneur’s Top Company Cultures list, a comprehensive ranking of U.S.-based companies with cultures that drive employee engagement, exceed employee expectations and impact company success.

“Developing a culture of empowerment has always been at the heart of everything we do at Qstream, and this recognition by Entrepreneur is tremendous validation that we’re focusing on the right things,” said Duncan Lennox, CEO and co-founder of Qstream. “By encouraging innovation and creativity, we believe that our employees are capable of doing extraordinary things for our customers, the industry we serve, our community and each other.”

Company rankings were determined by Entrepreneur using CultureIQ’s methodology for measuring high-performance cultures. Employees received a survey of multiple-choice questions and the answers were used to assess a company’s strength across ten core components, including culture-collaboration, innovation and communication. Companies with at least 25 employees, that were founded before January 1, 2015 and headquartered in the U.S. were considered.

“Great company cultures don’t happen on their own. They’re the result of great leadership, and a conscious effort to make everyone on a team feel engaged and important,” said Jason Feifer, editor in chief of Entrepreneur. “The honorees on our 2017 list are proof that strong cultures make even stronger companies. Entrepreneurs at all levels can draw inspiration from them.”
