Qstream Sales Performance Platform Named as 2015 Stevie Awards Finalist for Sales & Customer Service

22nd January 2015

BURLINGTON, MA (January 22, 2014) – Qstream, providers of a radically new sales performance platform for igniting high-performance teams, announced that its solution was named a finalist today in the Sales Automation Solution-New Version category of the ninth annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service. Qstream is the only Boston-area technology firm among the leading solution providers honored as finalists in the category, including Seismic, ClearSlide, Velocify and CalidusCloud.

The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious International Business Awards and the new German Stevie Awards. The final results will be announced during a gala banquet on Friday, February 27 at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. Finalists from the United States and several other nations are expected to attend.

More than 1, 900 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Finalists were determined by the average scores of 139 professionals worldwide, acting as preliminary judges. Entries were considered in 54 categories for customer service and contact center achievements. More than 100 members of several specialized judging committees will determine the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging, to take place between January 26 and February 4.

“The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service continues to be the fastest-growing of our international awards programs, ” said Michael Gallagher, president and founder of the Stevie Awards. “The sheer number of nominations is matched by the increasing quality of those nominations. We congratulate all of this year’s Finalists and wish them well in the next phase of judging.”

Developed at Harvard, Qstream combines science and data analytics in an easy-to-use mobile solution, and is the only clinically proven approach to transforming sales behaviors at scale – with impact to the bottom line. By letting reps play a game on their phone in minutes a day, Qstream delivers data-driven insights that help sales leaders proactively identify gaps that can compromise growth initiatives, while strengthening the sales capabilities that matter most.

“The Stevie’s judges obviously understand the importance of what we and hundreds of thousands of Qstream customers are doing, ” said Duncan Lennox, co-founder and CEO of Qstream. “CRM systems don’t close deals – your people do. Simple math shows us that a 5% performance gain from the middle 60% of sales performers yields over 70% more revenue. And the key to “moving the middle” is understanding, with data, where individuals are today and then changing that. We’re delighted to be in the vanguard of changing the way sales teams optimize their performance.”
