Companies Expand Relationship Following Rapid Success of Award-Winning Richardson QuickCheck™ Solution within Fortune 1000
BURLINGTON, MA and PHILADELPHIA, PA (June 5, 2013) – Qstream, providers of the most widely used mobile sales enablement and analytics platform, and Richardson, a leader in global sales training and strategy execution, today announced that they have extended their initial 18-month partnership following the rapid adoption of Richardson’s innovative Qstream-based QuickCheck solution. Under the terms of the partnership, Richardson will expand its use of Qstream to maximize the sales productivity gains of clients across all industries, and has signed on to become an authorized referral partner for Qstream’s enterprise solutions worldwide.
Leveraging Qstream’s highly engaging question-and-answer format, Richardson QuickCheck pushes bite-sized knowledge to sales professionals on a regular basis via native iPhone/iPad apps or email. Questions in multiple formats are based on customized situations and scenarios that help salespeople apply the best practices learned in classroom or virtual training delivered by Richardson’s team. An answer page lets users instantly know if their answer choice is correct together with a robust explanation, a measure of how well they scored relative to others, and a collaborative answer blog.
“Many of our clients realize that rolling out new sales processes or critical training without reinforcement can limit the long-term ROI of their training investments, ” said Jim Brodo, SVP of Marketing at Richardson. “In less than three minutes a day using Qstream, key sales skills are reinforced, recalled and sustained in a fun game format that reps really enjoy. The platform’s real-time analytics help us to instantly identify knowledge gaps within a client’s sales organization, enabling prescriptive actions that ensure business goals are being met.”
In addition to strong market adoption of the solution since the two companies joined forces in late 2011, Richardson QuickCheck was recently awarded Gold Medal Technology Awards by eLearning analyst Brandon Hall, taking the top prize in two categories: “Best Advance in Unique Sales and Marketing Technology” and “Best Advance in Sales Training Software Platform.”
“We are thrilled by the early success of our combined solution within Fortune 1000 accounts, and honored to be the sales enablement platform of choice for one of the world’s leading sales training companies, ” said Duncan Lennox, CEO of Qstream. “Studies show that critical knowledge derived from sales meetings, training and other events can be forgotten by busy sales professionals within days – if not hours. Our unique, patent-pending “spaced education” methodology is helping Richardson clients and others to increase retention of core messages and skills by keeping vital information top of mind for use in day-to-day interactions.”
