Ali McGinley

Ali McGinley is the HR Director of Qstream, looking after all things people-related including recruitment, employee engagement, reward, polices and procedures. With more than 20 years of human resources experience, McGinley is passionate about building a culture where employees have the opportunity to work on innovative learning solutions in a supportive environment and empowered to grow and develop their skills. McGinley most recently served as HR manager at Devine’s Worldwide Chauffeur Services and people and performance manager at Research and Markets. McGinley is an associate member of CIPD and previously studied Diploma in Employment Law, IITD Certificate in Training & Development & CIPD Certificate in Personnel Practice. She is based in Dublin, Ireland.
