Director of Finance
David Kelly brings 16+ years of experience as a financial controller in a variety of high growth businesses and is responsible for leading Qstream’s finance and accounting function in lockstep with the senior leadership team. David brings a wealth of experience in financial management and operations from senior positons at Parterre, Captivate, Adheris Health, as well as leading accountancy firms. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), David has a BS of Accountancy and an MBA in Accounting from Bentley University.
Vice President, Product
Jim guides the Qstream product direction to ensure customers benefit from ongoing innovation as their L&D needs evolve. In the two decades prior at PeopleFluent he held senior product management, product strategy and sales roles, and led innovation strategy for their suite of talent management and learning solutions. Jim has held organizational and communications consultant positions for Willis Towers Watson and Mercer. A recognized thought leader in the human capital management software industry, Jim has been a regular contributor to leading publications such Talent Management Magazine, Chief Learning Officer, Human Resource Executive and HR Magazine.
Vice President, Sales
With responsibility for Qstream’s direct and channel sales strategy globally, Gary is focused on accelerating the adoption of Qstream’s mobile microlearning solution to address the demanding needs of corporate training and sales enablement leaders. Gary is a proven sales executive with a successful track record in billion-dollar and entrepreneurial technology organizations.
Dr B. Price Kerfoot
Co-Founder and Spaced Education Pioneer
An Associate Professor of Surgery at Harvard Medical School and a staff urologist at the VA Boston Healthcare System Dr. Kerfoot’s research over the last decade has focused on utilizing rigorous clinical trial methodologies to assess the efficacy of online educational methods. In addition, he has worked to incorporate cognitive psychology research findings into online education to increase long-term retention of learning. Through this educational research, Dr. Kerfoot developed a new form of online learning termed “Spaced Education”. In over 20 large randomized trials, spaced education has been shown to improve knowledge acquisition, boost knowledge retention, durably change clinician behavior, and improve patients’ health measures. Harvard University submitted a patent on the spaced education methodology and launched Qstream to host this methodology outside of its firewalls.
Chief Technology Officer
Chris leads Qstream’s product development and engineering division and is responsible to deliver corporate learning innovation with our SaaS, scientifically proven microlearning solution. His vision is to accelerate Qstream’s technology roadmap as the company continues to push the boundaries of excellence in the corporate L&D market. A seasoned technology leader, Chris has nearly three decades of B2B and B2C technology experience and has been the CTO for large scale cloud and e-commerce platforms.
Director of Marketing
Meredith and her team bring the Qstream brand to life for customers, partners and Qstreamers alike. As corporate learning and development needs evolve, she is focused on continually communicating the value of Qstream’s microlearning solution as a strategic tool for learning leaders to adapt to new demands. She works closely with her team, sales, product and services to drive business growth through the adoption and usage of Qstream. Prior to joining us in 2016, Meredith spent 20+ years as a B2B marketing and demand generation leader in Australia and Asia, and is now based in the UK.
Director of Customer Success
Liza and her team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) work strategically with our customers to maximize the business impact of every Qstream. By collaborating with executive sponsors and program managers to integrate Qstream’s microlearning solution and services into learning and development paths, they help customers deliver measurable and effective learning outcomes. Liza brings a wealth of experience in customer-centric positions that underpins the implementation of Qstream’s CSM model of true partnership to set customers up for success.
Vice President of Client Services
Bridget and her global team of Client Services Consultants are committed to customer delight by exceeding expectations with every interaction. The Client Services Team are viewed as trusted advisors and true business partners who continuously support customers, from successful onboarding, implementation, reporting and ongoing Qstream project management. Bridget joined Qstream in 2013 following senior customer roles at two of the “big 5”, and is truly dedicated to delivering customer value and outcomes through Qstream’s microlearning solution and content services.
Chief Executive Officer
Rich sets the Qstream vision to ensure our microlearning solution delivers long term value and measurable outcomes for our enterprise customers, partners, their employees and our investors. Prior to Qstream, Rich spent 30+ years in customer success and sales leadership roles for notable life sciences and software companies. He is dedicated to listening to customer, market and internal feedback to continuously inform product, sales, services and marketing direction to fuel Qstream’s growth and customer success.
