Perpetos Improves Customer Sales Proficiency from 53% to 80%

BURLINGTON, Mass. – November 19, 2019 – Qstream, makers of enterprise-grade microlearning software that reinforces training to improve workplace proficiency and performance, today announced the results of the first Qstreams rolled out by its partner Perpetos, a leading global commercial excellence consultant. Using the Qstream microlearning app to reinforce sales excellence program content, Perpetos has seen sales proficiency and knowledge retention move from a baseline of 53% to 80%, a 51% proficiency improvement.

Qstream’s mobile microlearning application was selected by Perpetos as a continuous sales training reinforcement solution for their sales performance programs which help their customers improve conversion rates and lower the cost of sales. To date, Perpetos has rolled out multiple Qstreams across Europe simultaneously in 5 languages, helping to scale its commercial excellence program across a variety of industry verticals.
